Jimmy and Greg were both awesome. Jimmy was very nice and efficient, even asking for a broom so he could sweep up post install. And Greg went way out of his way to be helpful. It involved multiple trips and helping me find what would work online - Greg really cared, explained everything, and stuck with me until we cot what I wanted that would also work. I would definitely use your service again!
Fantastic

Jimmy did great. Worked fast, clear explanation, took our dryer apart and thoroughly cleaned it even though that wasn’t required for the fix.
Too expensive

Jimmie arrived earlier than originally scheduled fully prepared to deal with any issue. He quickly found my problem. As my unit was still in the factory warranty period, immediate repairs are deferred. Jimmie is a reliable, highly focused person who works carefully and quickly.
Great job as always!

This was our first time using Action, and it was a great experience! The company has been great with communication every step of the way! We even received a text with a picture of the technician when he was on his way! The service was for one of our customers, and the technician Brian kept me updated through his visit. I was so impressed with Action I sent the contact number to all our managers for if future issues arise. Brian the tech was very polite and worked incredibly fast - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Brian too

KitchenAid Built-In Refrigerator is not cooling in both the refrigerator and freezer. I determined the compressor was not on due to the inverter board that controls the compressor electronically failing. Replaced inverter, compressor kicked on and the refrigerator started to cool.

Upon inspection, the Maytag front load washer was found to be leaking water. The issue was traced to a worn fill tube and seal, which allowed water to escape as the washer filled. The front left shock absorber was rusted, indicating prolonged exposure to water. To resolve the problem, I replaced both front shock absorbers as a pair and installed a new fill tube and seal. After completing the repairs, I tested the washer to ensure the leak was resolved. The washer now operates without any leaks, and the issue has been successfully addressed.

Electrolux stacked dryer is not heating. I ran a test mode on the dryer and everything checked out as intended. The dryer heated up perfectly. I also checked for error codes but did not find any relating to heating issues. Just to be safe I opened up the dryer and tested the heating element to make sure it was not grounded. It was fine. Keep an eye on the dryer and see if any issues persist.

Whirlpool dryer is not tumbling and is displaying a error code using the led lights. I determined the drive motor is stating to internally fail in the motor switch. I was able to get the drive motor to work for the meantime but I am not sure how long it will last. To fix the issue properly we will need to replace the drive motor and blower assembly. Customer is going to keep an eye on the dryer.

Maytag dryer is making a high pitched noise for the first couple minutes of the cycle then it goes away. I determined the drum support rollers were seizing up and the drive belt was dry and worn out. Replaced both drum support rollers and drive belt. Tested dryer and it is now sounding as intended.

Samsung top load washer is not spinning after what she believes to be a unbalanced load. I looked at the code recall history and found multiple codes for unbalanced loads. Recalibrated washers using the built in automatic diagnostic mode. Tested washers and it seems to be working as intended.

Kitchenaid microwave oven combo the oven is not heating I looked at the microwave oven and determined that the main control board for the oven and the broil element needed to be replaced so homeowner had us replace the element but we had to send the board off to get repaired.

Washer was leaking from water hoses. Someone came out and adjusted it but now hot is cold and cold as hot. I looked at the washer and determined that the hoses were on backwards so I switched them now they are on the right and there’s no leak leaking. I also cleaned the dryer vent and switched the dryer door. I looked at the oven and determined that they need to have the electrician move the outlet for the oven to go further back and I also balanced out the refrigerator

Working on a Zline range. Customer complained unit not heating properly. Overheat. Upon arrival diagnosis found the unit 30 degree over setting. Due to unit has two functions on the oven low bake and hi bake. We have to choose correct setting when you wanted to bake. Call zline tech support to confirm. That all says it’s correct. Customer education on the unit. Checked and tested unit runs ok.
