Kitchenaid under the counter ice maker not making ice when I got here it was turned off so I turned it on and watched it make a batch of ice told homeowner it needs to be cleaned but before that to keep an eye on it and see if it continues to work

Speed Queen dryer is barely producing any heat. I determined the heating element coil broke and shorted to the heater housing. Replaced heating element and tested dryer. Dryer is now working as intended.

Whirlpool cabrio dryer is sounding like it’s going to take off during its cycle. I determined the drive motor bearings and dampers are worn out due to age and causing excessive vibration as the dryer runs. We will need to replace the drive motor and blower wheel assembly to fix the issue

LG top load washer is making a weird noise and leaking from the bottom back left side. I determined a foreign object got in to the pump and cracked the drain pump housing allowing water to leak. Replaced drain pump assembly and tested washer. Washer is now working as intended.

Kenmore laundry center dryer is making a squealing noise on and off throughout the cycle. I determined the moving parts inside of the dryer were worn out due to age. I replaced the rear bearing kit, tensioner pulley, and drive belt. I tested the dryer and it is now sounding as intended.

Customer complained that washer would give them LE code at some point during the cycle. After diagnosing it we determined that a screw was on the magnetic pad coming from the top part of the clutch. We put silicone to try to get it to hold. After doing that it still gave us a LE code. Board is bad.
