The problem with our expensive fridge was very complicated, but Benjamin really stuck with it. Action Appliance Repair have an expert he got on the phone to help him diagnose and resolve the issue, and he went the extra mile getting our fridge working again as quickly as possible! If you want a company that goes way out of their way to service you and your appliance, I highly and strongly recommend them!! We live in Frisco, but they service the whole DFW metroplex.

LG Front Load Washer is leaking water. The small fill hose for the steam cold solenoid has a hole in it. Replaced with automotive hose and 2 new radiator clamps. Tested washer and it is no longer leaking.

Kitchenaid ice maker not working I looked at the refrigerator and determined that the ice maker was bad so homeowner had me replace it. I also looked at the kenmore refrigerator in the laundry room since the ice kept clumping together and making one solid piece and determined that the ice maker was leaking and needed to be replaced so homeowner had me replace it.

GE front load washer is showing a H2O error message towards the end of the cycle. I determined the main control board started to fail and was not sending voltage to the cold water inlet valve to kick on during the rinse cycle. Replaced main control board and tested washer. Washer is working as intended.

Working on a hot-point refrigerator, customer complained unit cooling but unusual sound, very noisy. Upon arrival diagnosis found the condenser fan motor was wobbling due to rodent pulled in the mop head for their netting. Removed and installed a new condenser fan motor. Checked and tested unit runs ok.

Whirlpool Range oven that was not heating. Upon inspection, I determined that the oven's igniter had weakened and was not pulling enough amperage to open the gas coils and allow gas to flow to the burner. I replaced the oven igniter and tested the oven. The oven is now working as intended.

Kenmore dryer is making a rumbling noise. She believes a squirrel got in to the dryer and messed something up. A squirrel did indeed get in to the dryer. It tried to chew through the blower wheel and eventually died. Removed squirrel and quoted customer on a blower wheel replacement. We may need to replace the drive motor as well if the blower wheel does not come off from the motor shaft.
