Washer issue- washer is displaying a F11 error code about 10 seconds in to the cycle. The F11 code stands for a communication issue between the MCU and the CCU. I determined the MCU was the control board at fault. Replaced MCU and now the washer is working as intended.

GE cafe built in unit. Not cooling sealed system issue. Unit need compressor and the evaporator.

Washer issue- washer is not draining and displaying a OE error code. We determined that the drain pump impeller broke and was not able to drain the water out of the drum anymore. Replaced drain pump and now the washer is working as intended.

Washer issue- washer is banging around during its spin cycle. I found that the right side counterweight broke and ended up damaging the front outer tub as well. Not cost effective to repair

Samsung refrigerator not freezing at all, refrigerator cooling but not in range. Found compressor runs but no frost pattern on the freezer evaporator. Unit sealed system issues.

Customer complained unit not cooling properly. Diagnosed found unit evaporator full of oil. Purge out the sealed system with nitrogen. Removed and replaced the evaporator and compressor. Checked and tested all ok.

Water leak, inlet water line cracked and cause a steady stream of water to puddle up on the floor. Eliminated line and tighten up connections.

Kenmore Elite Dryer- Customer stated that the dryer was making a screeching sound as it tumbled then eventually stopped tumbling completely. I opened up the dryer and found that the idler pulley is damaged. Replaced idler pulley and now the dryer is working as intended.
