Whirlpool Dryer breaker tripped, they flipped the breaker back on but the dryer will not power on. We check for 240 volts to the dryer but it is only getting one leg which is 120 volts. Most likely the breaker has failed but you will need to have an electrician come out and address the issue.

Speed Queen Top Load Washer- customer pulled out washer to clean behind it and noticed dried up soapy water marks on the ground. He has not noticed any leaking but wants us to check it out. We tested the washer and could not reproduce any leaks. Besides the leak we did notice the lid switch is on the way out and will need to be replaced eventually. Keep an eye on the washer. Overall, the job was successful, and the customer was satisfied with the results.

Samsung dryer is producing a 9C1 error code, indicating that the dryer is not receiving the full 240 volts from the power outlet. I checked the voltage and found that one of the hot wires was not receiving voltage from the power outlet. I moved the cord, and the voltage returned. The metal plates inside the power outlet are loose, not allowing proper contact between the power outlet and the power cord. I recommend that an electrician come out and replace the 4-prong outlet and 4-prong dryer cord

Samsung Front Load Washer seal is being torn up and the inner tub is off kilter. I determined one of the spider assembly arms is broken and allowing the inner tub to move erratically and is allowing it to also rub on the rubber seal causing it to get torn up. To fix the issue, we will need to replace the inner tub assembly along with the rear bearings and seals.

I was called to a home to repair a dishwasher that was not draining properly. Upon inspection, I found that the dishwasher drain hose was clogged. I removed the hose and cleaned it thoroughly, which resolved the issue. The homeowner was very grateful for the quick and efficient repair.

Samsung refrigerator was leaking water into the deli drawer after further diagnose comes back to be the icemaker was building up ice inside the ice chest and once it started to thaw out, it started dripping towards the back wall onto the deli drawer. The only fix for that is to fix the ice maker or to completely thaw it out and leave the ice maker off. Customer agreed to leave it off so all we did was defrosted for customer.

Admiral washer is not agitating when in delicate mode. But will agitate in any other cycle therefore will need a timer replacement after testing the unit several times was able to also identify a bad transmission. Washer would automatically lock itself and start to hum. Customer was told to replace both the transmission and the timer, but there’s also a risk of the motor being overworked and can go out soon customer was giving a quote to replace all parts and will think about repair

Working on a kitchen Aid refrigerator. Customer complained unit with no display. Upon arrival diagnosis found unit was turned off. Turned unit back on told customer to have it runs for 24 hrs. And let us know if there is some other issues we will comeback and re-diagnosis to see what else we can do with it.
