Dryer issue- dryer popped up with a HE error code and would not heat. I determined that the heating element shorted. I also found some other problems involving the moving parts of the dryer. Customer declined to repair.

Washer issue- washer is not draining the water out of the tub. I determined that the drain pump has failed and is no longer able to evacuate the water from the tub. We will need to replace the drain pump assembly to fix the issue. Customer has declined to repair.

Dryer issue- dryer sounds like it’s running but she found that the drum is not moving and her clothes are coming out wet. I opened up the dryer and found that the drive belt broke. Replaced maintenance kit and now the dryer is working as intended.
