Washer issue- washer is leaking underneath. I found that the cold water inlet valve inside of the washer started to leak from one of the solenoids. I replaced both cold and hot valves to remedy the issue. Tested washer and now there is no more leakage.

Samsung Refrigerator ice maker not making ice and tray won’t come out I defrosted the tray and removed ice buildup and now it is working.

Thermador refrigerator leaking from the evaporator causing the compressor to lock up. It’s caused contamination to the sealed system. We have to change out the compressor,evaporator, dryer and flush the system with solvent rx11.

Skyler with action appliance. This customer had called about their Samsung dryer not heating, I found that the dryer had a broken element but I also noticed that the tensioning pulley has started to deteriorate. I repaired both parts and the customer is happy.

Customer complained unit ice bucket will not seating in properly. Upon arrival diagnosed found the shaft collar was pushing down making the rod too rise up too far won’t let the bucket sit in place. Adjusted collar everything working properly. Checked and tested ok

Dryer issue- dryer was not drying the clothes efficiently. We tested the temperatures on the dryer and that seemed to check out. After that we ran a a vent camera inside the dryer exhaust duct leading to the roof and found a whole bunch of lint inside. We cleaned out the exhaust and the termination point on the roof and now the dryer is drying as intended.
